The course is addressed to first year students. It covers in an intense and quick manner topics in mechanics, waves, and thermodynamics, which is taught in high schools. However, the physics problems are solved using more advanced mathematics such as calculus and vector analysis, and simple differential equations are being introduced in the description of the basic laws of physics.
